Many makeup looks ruled the runway this season, and for those beauties who can't wait to try some of spring and summer's hottest makeup looks now, here are the latest trends from New York fashion week. Just like the fall and winter season, red lips once again made a huge impact in the beauty world, and could be seen in designers shows from Dior, to Jason Wu. So if you have yet to try statement making red lips, now is the time to do so. Which will go perfect with your retro hairstyles that you'll be wearing this spring and summer.

You can once again pull out the blue eyeshadow, only this time make sure you choose intense shades of navy to pull off your smoky eyes. While wearing talking about eyes, those of you that love the look of liner, will be happy to know that thick cat eye liner is also in this season, and the thicker the better with this trend. Thin and sparse eyebrows are out this season, and thick full brows are ruling the beauty world. That doesn't mean you can skip your eyebrow wax appointment, just know that you keep a little more hair than you use to. If you don't naturally have thick brows, don't be afraid to fill in your brows for a bolder thicker look.

If you're into bronzer, at New York fashion week, designers preferred the bronzy sun kissed look over blush this season. So don't be afraid to add a bronzy glow to your hot summer makeup looks.

One eye trend that we haven't seen in while is the look of silver liner and eyeshadow. For those who have waited, silver eyeshadow is once again turning heads this season. For a more intense feel, you can pair your silver liner with big doll lashes. At New York fashion week, designers such as Louis Vuitton and Marc Jacobs both showcased big bold look at me lashes. Other top makeup trends to try this season include glitter eyeshadow, soft barley there rose colored lips, and barely there makeup looks complete with glowing skin.
